What are Herbal Smokes and how are they used?
Herbal Smokes are meant to be inhaled the same way you would a traditional cigarette, not a cigar. The herbal benefits are absorbed into the body through the bloodstream similar to drinking tea. However, since they enter through the lungs and bypass the digestve system, the effects are felt much faster than tea.
*Please consult with a physician if you have health issues that you think may become aggrivated by smoking. Do not use while pregnant or breastfeeding. These are not designed to cure or treat medical conditions, illnesses or ailments. Herbal Smokes are a home remedy not regulated by the FDA.
Do you have to be a certain age to buy Herbal Smokes?
You must be 18 years or older to purchase this product. By checking out with this item in your cart, you are acknowleding this policy and are soley responsible for your actions in purchasing these cigarettes. We do not verify ID since there are no known federal regulations regarding the sale of tea grade herbs in cigarette form. We accept no liability for misuse or under age purchase of our herbal cigarettes.
Are Herbal Smokes going to cause hallucinations or effect a drug test?
No. Our Herbal smokes DO NOT contain THC, CBD, Tobacco, Nicotine or any other harmful chemicals. They are made ONLY with 100% Organic Tea-Grade Herbs.
What should I know about Crystal Candles?
Our handmade Crystal Candles are made with 100% pure soy wax, the highest grade oils and genuine crystals. We recommend removing the crystals before use to keep them away from the heat/direct flame. If you feel that any herbs or decorative toppers are too close to the flame during the burning process, you may want to put out the candle, remove these toppers with tweezers, and relight the candle. Keep away from pets and children to avoid accidental fire. Never leave burning candles unattended. Allow your candle to cure for 20-30 days from the pour date listed on your candle to experience the strongest scent throw.
How do you care for the Crystals in your shop?
Here at The Crystal Coffin Shop, we treat all of our crystals with great care. Much like a plant, crystals are created by our mother earth. They are natural energy carriers and have unique beneficial properties to them just like plants and herbs do! With that in mind, each crystal that enters our store is thoroughly cleansed of any negative energies before being placed on our shelves. Until they're sold, they get regular monthly Full Moon charges and are rotated on large Selenite Crystal Plates that are used to cleanse and charge our crystals while they're here. Before they ship, your crystal will be charged overnight and smoke cleansed before being placed in your order.
How should I care for my Crystals from your shop?
Once you receive your crystal, you may want to cleanse it of any energies it absorbed in transit. To do this, use natural sea salt, Sage or Palo Santo smoke, or unfitered running water (depending on the crystal, some crystals are not water friendly). All of these items are availablein our shop. When you feel a crystal is no longer serving its purpose, has begun to crack, or brings you unwanted negative energies, its time for a cleanse and charge. What Charities do you donate to?
On a quarterly basis, we count all of our Pink Herbal Smoke box sales and donate $1 for every box sold to our local women's health clinics. We believe in paying it forward, and since I have benefited from free healthcare services and exams when I was unable to afford insurance, I chose to give back and help women like myself get the care they need at little to no cost. On occasion, we will change this donation to help important charities during natural disasters, pride month, breast cancer awareness month, etc. Those changes will be announced across our social media platforms.

The Crystal Coffin Shop accepts no responsibility for incorrect use of products. Always use our products with caution. We do not claim to cure or prevent any disorders, medical issues, or diseases. All products are handmade to order in a clean work environment.
DAMAGES AND INSURANCE
All orders are shipped via USPS mail. Priority Mail packages are insured for up to $50. USPS First Class Mail is not insured. Insured First Class Mail is an option at checkout. If you prefer to use this third party insurance company it is your responsibility to file a claim for damages.
All orders are packed to withstand normal shipping conditions. In the rare instance that your order should become damaged in transit, please visit the USPS website and enter your tracking number in the help tab's claim section to request reimbersment. We are not liable for damages caused by the mishandling of packages by postal workers. The United States Postal Service is it's own entity and we are in no way affiliated.
Refunds are not given for lost or damaged packages, we are not responsible for the actions of the USPS. Please file a claim if your package was insured.
Unclaimed packages marked undeliverable or Return To Sender by USPS are restocked and nonrefundable. An attempt will be made to claim your order before it is restocked. Further shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer as we directly export the address you enter at checkout onto your shipping label. Unclaimed Local Pickup orders are forfeited without refund after Seven(7) days if arrangements are not agreed upon by a representative of The Crystal Coffin Shop.
INSUFFICIENT SHIPPING OR PAYMENT
Orders with insufficient shipping payment will be held until shipping is paid. You'll be notified that your order is on hold through an invoice. If shipping is not fully paid by the invoice deadline, your order will be forfeited & restocked and will not be refunded.
See terms and conditions for information on refunds due to USPS mishandling. Cancellations are approved if submitted within 5 hours of your order being placed. In some cases, orders are prepared immediately, therefore I cannot accept a cancellation beyond the 5 hour mark. Cancelleled orders may be subject to a restocking fee. Minimum fee: $5, but varies with order size. Returns and refunds are not accepted under any circumstance. However, if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us via the "Contact" tab and we will do our best to assist you.
